Getting Started with VoiceUni

This guide walks you through the first steps to make your first calls with an AI agent.

Steps

1. Connect an AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) under Integrations so your agents and the assistant can work.
2. Connect a telephony provider (such as Twilio, Telnyx, SignalWire, Plivo, or Sinch) under Integrations.
3. Buy at least one phone number on the Phone Numbers page.
4. Import your contacts and save them as a lead list on the Leads page.
5. Build an agent in the AI Agent Studio.
6. Create a campaign, attach the agent, choose your numbers and lead list, and set your calling hours.
7. Start the campaign during your calling hours and watch results in Analytics.

• Complete your business profile and compliance steps before large campaigns.
• The in-app assistant can answer questions along the way and help you build a campaign.
