Connecting Telephony and AI Providers

Before you can call, you need two kinds of providers connected: an AI provider to power your agents and the assistant, and a telephony provider to place calls.

Connect an AI provider

1. Open Integrations and choose AI Agents.
2. Select OpenAI or Anthropic and enter your API key.
3. Save. This key powers your agents and the in-app assistant.

Connect a telephony provider

1. Open Integrations and choose Telephony.
2. Select your provider, such as Twilio, Telnyx, SignalWire, Plivo, or Sinch.
3. Enter the credentials it asks for and save.

Tips

• You need a telephony provider connected before you can buy numbers.
• If chat or calls fail with a key error, reconnect the relevant provider.
