Email Sequences

A sequence is a series of emails sent over time, so contacts receive a planned set of follow-ups automatically.

Common tasks

1. Open Email Sequences from the left navigation under Email Management.
2. Create a sequence and add steps, each with its own message and delay.
3. Choose who enters the sequence.
4. Turn it on so contacts move through the steps.

Tips

• Keep the first message short and useful so people keep reading.
• Set sensible delays between steps so you are not sending too often.
