Email Accounts are the addresses you send from. Connect at least one before sending campaigns or sequences.
Connect an account
- Open Email Accounts from the left navigation under Email Management.
- Add an account and follow the steps to connect it.
- Confirm the account shows as connected.
Tips
- Use a sending address that matches your brand so recipients recognize you.
- Warm up a new sending account gradually before large sends.
