A campaign can show thousands of dial attempts while producing far fewer real conversations than the dashboard suggests. The gap is usually not an AI agent problem or a rep performance problem. It is a call deliverability problem: calls are blocked, labeled, degraded, or routed poorly before a prospect has a fair chance to answer.
