A2P and 10DLC Registration

A2P (application-to-person) and 10DLC registration tells carriers about your business and your messaging so your texts are delivered reliably. You complete this before running SMS at scale.

Register

1. Open A2P from the left navigation under Compliance.
2. Confirm your business profile details are complete.
3. Provide your campaign description, sample messages, and how contacts opt in.
4. Submit the registration and wait for it to be reviewed.

Tips

• The assistant can prepare your registration copy for review, but it never submits it for you — you submit it here.
• Approval can take time; plan your SMS launch around it.
• Keep your opt-in and message samples honest and consistent with what you actually send.
