Location Management

Location Management lets you set up and manage the locations within your business. Many parts of VoiceUni can be scoped to a location.

Common tasks

1. Open Location Management from the left navigation under Administration.
2. Add a location or edit an existing one.
3. Assign team members and settings to the location.

Tips

• Use the location selector at the top of the app to work within a single location.
• Lists, campaigns, and integrations can be scoped per location, so set them up where they belong.
